For years, I’ve been drawn to natural products—amazed by how something so pure and simple could offer such powerful healing. While living in Tucson, I was spoiled by the abundance of local shops that carried these treasures. I could explore, try small quantities, and truly engage with the products before committing. One day, I overheard a conversation in a store—someone had ordered a product online based on glowing reviews, only to find its smell unbearable, likening it to smelly feet! That moment reminded me of how important it is to use all our senses when choosing what we put on and in our bodies.

Now living in Beaver Dam, I’ve found that access to these kinds of products is more limited. It often means visiting multiple stores, driving out of town, or ordering online—without the joy of discovery or the ability to test things firsthand.

That’s why The Dove Apothecary was born. I wanted to create a space where our community can come together to learn, grow, and embrace natural wellness—right here at home. A place where you can smell, touch, and experience the products before you buy. A place that supports healing, connection, and the beauty of living more naturally.
